Booleroo Centre Steam and Traction Rally – CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19

March 29, 2020 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

52nd Annual Rally to be held on 29th March 2020.

For over 50 years the Booleroo Steam and Traction Preservation Society have held an annual rally where members of the society get to share their knowledge and showcase the fabulous machines that form an integral part of our Australian heritage with the general public. The working display of priceless machines collected and restored allows the public to see machines perform the work they were originally built to do. The day starts with a swap meet but the main attraction has to be the Grand Parade of rare tractors and the steam exhibits that come to life during the afternoon.

The BSTPS was formed by a group of local farmers in 1968. Since then the society has acquired an enviable collection of tractors, steam exhibits, stationary engines and equipment associated with our rural industrial and agricultural heritage. This is showcased through our museum which is open to the public by appointment run by volunteers.

The Booleroo Centre town oval has facilities available for a minimal fee to suit a range of caravan and camping needs. We have power; water, toilets, showers & a dump-ezy point open to travellers throughout the year.
